Delivery time
Transit time starts after production and varies by country, destination and carrier. Shopify shows the available shipping option and price at checkout before you pay. This avoids promising a delivery window that the carrier cannot guarantee.
European orders
Orders for Europe are produced and dispatched from our print partner's European facilities. This means no customs charges apply within the EU.
Orders outside the EU
We also ship internationally. Delivery can take longer and customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. Those charges, when applicable, are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and a second email with tracking as soon as the parcel leaves production. If no tracking email has arrived after 7 business days, contact us.
Wrong address?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We can often change the address before production starts, but once the order has entered production a change may no longer be possible.
Something arrived damaged or wrong
Send us a photo through the contact page within 30 days of delivery and we will review the issue. See our refund policy for the full terms. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
